FEATURES AND BENEFITS
  • PATENTED LEAK CONTAINMENT TECHNOLOGY ELIMINATES PACKING, ELIMINATES ALL UNCONTAINED SPILLS FROM THE PUMP, AND ACCEPTS ¼” TO ½” INCH DIAMETER PLUNGERS.
  • CSA CERTIFIED FOR CLASS 1, DIVISION 2 ENVIRONMENTS.
  • ALSO AVAILABLE IN A CSA CERTIFIED CLASS 1, DIVISION 1 CONFIGURATION.
  • COMPATIBLE WITH ALL COMMON FLUID ENDS; ARROW, TEXSTEAM, BRUIN, ETC.
  • OPTIONAL REMOTE COMMUNICATION MODULE AVAILABLE; 4-20Ma ANALOG INPUT.
  • LOWEST POWER CONSUMPTION MAKES THIS PUMP AN EXCELLENT MATCH FOR SOLAR APPLICATIONS. THE SYSTEM IS CAPABLE OF CONTINUOUS MAXIMUM OUTPUT WITH LESS THAN TWO HOURS OF SUNLIGHT PER DAY.
  • ZERO EMISSION.
  • DURABLE SEAL TECHNOLOGY OFFERS LONG LIFE EXPECTANCY WITH ZERO MAINTENANCE.
  • NO SEAL ADJUSTMENTS REQUIRED – MCI SOLUTIONS PROPRIETARY SEALS ARE PRELOADED WITH STAINLESS STEEL FINGER SPRINGS ENSURING A RELIABLE LONG LASTING SEAL.
  • PUSH BUTTON INTERFACE WITH DIGITAL DISPLAY ALLOWS FOR SIMPLE AND RELIABLE STROKE RATE ADJUSTMENT.
  • UNIQUE VARIABLE VELOCITY INJECTION SYSTEM ELIMINATES DWELL TIME AT THE END OF THE STROKE OFFERING NEAR CONTINUOUS INJECTION RATES.

TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW
Seal Technology

MCI Solutions’ systems replace the use of conventional packing by utilizing our patented secondary containment technology which eliminates leaks. With the use of our seal technology, instead of traditional packing, losses caused by friction are reduced by 90%. This along with our unique drive system and variable velocity programming techniques allow our pumps to use a fraction of the power to achieve the same pumping rates when compared to existing injection technologies.

Control Interface

MCI Solutions’ electric drives are controlled with simple and reliable push button technology allowing users to easily adjust stroke rate settings. No guess work involved. Set it and forget it.

FEATURES
  • SIMPLE, USER FRIENDLY CONTROL INTERFACE.
  • PLUG & PLAY TECHNOLOGY.
  • DIGITAL DISPLAY FOR QUICK AND ACCURATE READINGS.
  • SIMPLE FLAT PANEL SWITCHING TECHNOLOGY.
  • AUXILIARY REMOTE SERIAL COMMUNICATIONS PORT ALLOWS FOR ANALOG REMOTE COMMUNICATION [4-20ma/0-5v].

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
There are currently two pump box models available both offer the exclusive leak containment technology, control interface and linear drive. The main difference is the size of drive motors, which affects the maximum discharge head pressure the system can handle. The larger 3401 model, can output higher pressures, and the 2301 allows for maximum efficiency in low-pressure applications.

3400 Series Output

MODEL 3401: Capable of discharge pressures up to 3000 PSI.

[Additional pump output information can be found in the specifications section of this page, or by downloading the pump manual found at the bottom of this page.]
Seal assemblies are available for both pump models in ¼ to ½ inch diameter plunger sizes, and come in a variety of gland housing configurations to accommodate most standard fluid ends; Arrow, Texsteam, Bruin, etc.
